These terms set out the agreement between you and Grumpy Man Labs for the use of Planro. Please read them carefully — using the app means you accept them.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Planro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to all users of Planro, including free and paid subscribers. Grumpy Man Labs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance.
02 Use of the App
Planro is a personal productivity and life management tool intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Planro.
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the app.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content.
03 Subscriptions & Payments
Planro offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro monthly, Pro annual, and Lifetime). All purchases are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel at any time in the App Store under your Apple ID settings.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features with no recurring charges. Grumpy Man Labs does not issue refunds outside of Apple’s standard refund policy.
04 Your Data
You retain ownership of all content and data you create within Planro. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Export your data anytime via Profile → Export Data. Permanently delete your account via Profile → Delete Account.
05 Intellectual Property
Planro and all related content — including the app design, branding, icons, and copy — are the property of Grumpy Man Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use the Planro or Grumpy Man Labs name, logo, or trademarks.
06 Disclaimer of Warranties
Planro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Grumpy Man Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grumpy Man Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Planro, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
08 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.
09 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
