How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → find Planro and tap Cancel. You’ll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Planro → Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. You’ll be asked to type “DELETE” to confirm. This permanently removes your data from our servers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Profile → Export Data. Your data will be exported as a JSON file that you can save to your device.
Why isn’t my calendar syncing?
Make sure you’ve granted Planro calendar access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in.
What does Planro’s Lifetime plan include?
